Development Manager
Hourly Rate: $28–$35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Location: Based in Santa Barbara or Ventura Counties
Duration: Full-time, non-exempt
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days in-office)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Reports To: Primitiva Hernandez, Executive Director
Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with state requirements.
