Emergency Assistance Fund (EAF)
The 805UndocuFund Emergency Assistance Fund provides direct financial relief to undocumented and mixed-status families in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties who have been impacted by immigration enforcement—including individuals in deportation proceedings or families whose loved ones have already been deported.
The EAF helps stabilize families facing sudden crisis by supporting essential needs such as rent, utilities, transportation, emergency relocation, and legal-related expenses. Our goal is to ensure families can remain safe, housed, and supported during moments of extreme hardship.
Eligibility:
Undocumented or mixed-status individuals and families residing in SLO, Santa Barbara, or Ventura Counties who have been directly impacted by immigration enforcement. This means, a loved one has been kidnapped.
To qualify for 805Undocufund's Emergency Assistance Funds, the sole requirements are that:
1. The person's family who seeks to qualify has had their loved one detained and/or deported by ICE on or after January 1st, 2025.
2. The person was detained in one of the following:
A. In one of the counties we serve: Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo
B. Was on route to travel home to one of the counties we serve from an out-of-state trip
C. On route to travel home to one of the counties we serve but was detained along the US-MEXICO border.
