Emergency Assistance Fund
The 805UndocuFund Emergency Assistance Fund (EAF) offers direct financial relief to undocumented and mixed-status families residing in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties impacted by immigration enforcement—including those currently in deportation proceedings or whose loved ones have already been deported. By addressing urgent financial needs, the EAF ensures families can stay together, access vital services, and navigate unimaginable hardship with the support they deserve.
We call on our community, allies, and supporters to stand in solidarity with immigrant and migrant families who continue to be targeted by racially motivated and discriminatory immigration policies. Under the current administration, it is estimated that at least 46% of individuals arrested by ICE had no prior criminal record—yet families are being torn apart, livelihoods disrupted, and entire communities pushed further into the shadows.
Assistance may be used for critical needs such as:

805 Immigrant Rapid Response Network
The 805 Immigrant Rapid Response Network is a community-led initiative that provides support and resources to undocumented individuals and families facing immigration enforcement actions across San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties. Our trained volunteers respond to reports of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) activity, offering legal observation, know-your-rights education, and immediate assistance to affected individuals.

About Us |
805 UndocuFund is a 501(c)(3) corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors that mobilizes resources when disaster hits, providing short-term financial relief to undocumented residents, and advocates for long-term systems change to ensure immigrants are effectively included in disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
Since its creation in 2018 as a grassroots community response to the Thomas Fire, COVID-19, and other wildfires, 805 UndocuFund has worked consistently with philanthropy and more than 800 volunteers from the community to distribute over $8 million dollars in one-time cash disaster relief to over 6,000 households (more than 17,000 Central Coast immigrant residents) who were not eligible for state and federal disaster assistance and social safety nets, due to immigration status. 805 Undocufund is the result of an ongoing collective community effort and partnership among Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties-based grassroots organizations that have a solid reputation, and strong track record, and are known to and trusted by many immigrant residents: Future Leaders of America (FLA), Mixteco/Indigenous Community Organizing Project (MICOP), and Central Coast Alliance United for a Sustainable Economy (CAUSE). |
